I'm slowly edging back into blogging (I feel like it's been forever!). Here is a round-up of some great, twisted pop songs either currently on the charts or meant to be there. First up is a delicious remake of Kylie Minogue's "Heart Beat Rock," replacing Calvin Harris's stilted electro with a slick hip-hop groove. Sister Dannii delivers on a cut with Roger Sanchez from her new compilation Club Disco (it's only included on the digital edition, though, for whatever reason). Danity Kane sidestep reality-show obscurity with new single "Damaged." With their 80s-sampling debut single "If This Is Love" set to be released in July, The Saturdays are currently opening for Girls Aloud on their Tangled Up tour. Annie's set to release her sophomore album soon, and judging from recent material it should be great. Oops, looks like you put the Danity Kane zshare link in there twice, where The Saturdays should be. Diggin it tho, i hadnt acutally heard the track but i've been aware of it.
LOVE the Kylie remix, i've been spinning that at the club last couple weeks.
